The Fourth Century

There are 100 quatrains in the fourth century. For convenience, they have been combined into 10 manageable groupings called decades. You can select the appropriate button from below to go to the quatrain you wish to read.

Note: Only the first 52 quatrains in this century were first seen in the Bonhomme edition of 1555.
The rest were first seen in the Du Rosne edition of 1557.
